Launched in 2024, Kerjayaku: Goal Accelerator is a personal and career development programme powered by Standard Chartered Foundation, designed for women aged 18 to 35 who are eager to enter the workforce. This initiative equips participants with the essential tools to enhance their employability, boost their confidence, and navigate the job market successfully.

Through thoughtfully designed modules, participants are encouraged to build independence, recognise their self-worth, and gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and capabilities.

To date, this programme has impacted 186 young women.

September Intake 2026

Phase 1: The Learn Phase

Dates: 21st – 29th September 2026 (7 days)

Times: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Format: Full-day interactive workshops
