In partnership with L’Oréal Malaysia, Beauty for A Better Life (BFBL) Malaysia is a transformative technical programme that provides free certification courses to underserved women aged 18 to 35 who aspire to build careers in the beauty and hairdressing industry.

Each year, participants undergo hands-on training to refine their make-up and hairdressing skills while also gaining valuable personal development and confidence-building tools. More than just a skills programme, BFBL Malaysia opens doors to new opportunities, empowering women to turn their passion into a sustainable career. Since its launch, Beauty for A Better Life has impacted around 150 women, helping them take bold steps towards a brighter future.
